In Trackier, you can upload new conversion data and bulk edit the existing conversions as per your requirement. Also, this helps you to migrate from any of your existing platform to Trackier very easily and efficiently. 



We have divided this into 3 use cases, you can check which suits you best according to your requirement.

  • Edit the existing conversion
  • Adding new conversion

Tip

  • Editing: In this, any column you add in CSV with Conversion ID will be updated in Bulk.
  • Adding New Conversion: In this, if you got the click id from advertiser you can use them, otherwise, remove the column.
  • Migration: If you want to upload past conversions make sure you have the same publisher Id, campaign id on Trackier, so that uploaded conversion will correctly be attributed.

Note

  • Please make sure you are using the correct spelling and code values that are supported for status, geo and goal_value.
  • Don't put anything in the blank cells, if no data is applicable.
  • Remove unwanted column from CSV, so that there is no chance of error.



Go To the CSV upload option in the panel.

  • Once you are ready with CSV, then go to Automation > Data Import > Advertiser CSV.



Map the CSV column with drop down value

  • Click upload CSV and you find the option to map the column name, make sure it matches and click on Upload.

If you wish to fire publisher postbacks for the uploaded conversions, make sure to tick the 'Send Postback for Approved conversions' checkbox.




  • Once uploaded, it takes 1 min to 4 hours for the data to get processed depending on CSV size. 
  • If you upload stats for today, it will be processed the next day in the report section.
  • CSV upload system supports up to 50,000 rows, if there are more than 50,000 rows we recommend splitting the file in two different parts and uploading them.
  • Keep a check on the log to review the status for completion or error.


You can delete the manually uploaded data. You will have a window of "90 days" to delete the manuallu uploaded files post which you won't be able to do it yourself.



  • You can also create new conversions by manually uploading the transaction ID's in the panel for any specific campaign and specific publisher.

  • You can manually upload the conversion data by adding details such as campaign name, publisher name, date, goals, sales value, Txn Id etc.
