Custom Report in Trackier helps you to measure the performance of your network, Trackier has a separate Customisable report for all important factors with many KPIs. You can checkbox (only show rows having conversions). This will sort the report and show only those campaigns that have conversions.

With the custom report, you can measure the performance of each and every Campaign, advertiser, and Publisher.

Report Filter

A Report Filter is a collection of data against whom the aggregated performance is measured.

You can select one or more filters together and see the reports.


So when you select any group by the option, it will


1. Campaign – On the basis of the campaign name report get grouped.

2. Campaign ID – On the basis of the Campaign ID report get grouped.

3. Campaign Long ID – Based on the Campaign long ID report get grouped.

4. External Offer ID – Based on the External Offer ID, one which is available on the other platform, reports get grouped.

5. Objective – Based on the CPA, CPL, CPC, and CPI reports get grouped.

6. Publisher – Based on the Publisher name report get grouped.

7. Publisher ID – On the basis of the Publisher ID report get grouped.

8. Publisher Long ID – On the basis of the Publisher Long ID report get grouped.

9. Source (Sub Publisher) – On the basis of Source, which is passed in publisher tracking link report get grouped.

10. Publisher Manager – On the basis of the Publisher Manager name report get grouped, You can check the performance of each Publisher Manager.

11. Advertiser – On the basis of the Advertiser name report get grouped.

12. Advertiser ID – On the basis of the Advertiser ID report get grouped.

13. Advertiser Manager – On the basis of the Advertiser Manager name report get grouped, You can check the performance of each Advertiser Manager.

14. Goal Name – On the basis of the Goal name report get grouped.

15. Goal ID – On the basis of the Goal ID report get grouped.

16. Smart Link – On the basis of the Smart Link generated reports get grouped, so you can check each Smart Link Performance

17. Referrer Campaign On the basis of the Referrer Campaign i.e when CAP is reached traffic is redirected to other campaigns which you can set in the CAP setting, and the report gets grouped.

18. Referrer Campaign ID – On the basis of the Referrer Campaign ID i.e when CAP is reached traffic is redirected to other campaigns which you can set in CAP` setting, the report gets grouped.

19. Landing Page – On the basis of the different Landing Pages reports get grouped, so you can check the performance of each Landing page.

20. Landing Page ID – On the basis of the different Landing Pages ID reports get grouped, so you can check the performance of each Landing Pages

21. Device – On the basis of the Device the conversion report gets grouped.

22. Operating System – On the basis of the Operating System of the conversion, report get grouped.

23. Country (GEO) – On the basis of the Country of the conversion, the report gets grouped.

24. Hour – On the basis of the Hours of the conversion, the report gets grouped.

25. Date – On the basis of the Date, the report gets grouped.

26. Month – On the basis of the Month the report gets grouped.

27. Browser - The name of the browser via which the action has been performed

  • Maximum number of unique source grouping report is 512



Report Options

Report options are key performance Index for many performance marketers, and they are counted on the basis of report filters.



 

 Note 
  • You can select the checkbox to show CR/EPC in approved or pending conversions, otherwise the CR/EPC is calculated on gross conversions.
  • You can select the checkbox to only show rows having conversions, this will sort the report and show only those campaigns that have conversions.


  1. Unique Clicks – This is for the unique click on the offers
  2. Rejected Click – This is for the rejected click, in case targeting is not matched.
  3. Gross Clicks – It is a total of Unique Clicks + Rejected Clicks
  4. Approved Conversion – This shows total Approved Conversions
  5. Pending Conversion – This shows the total Pending conversion.
  6. Cancelled conversion – This shows the total Cancelled conversion.
  7. Rejected Conversions – This shows total Rejected Conversions due to targeting is not matched and many other reasons.
  8. Gross Conversion –  This is a total of Approved + Pending + Cancelled + Rejected Conversions.
  9. Conversion rate (CR) – it is the ratio for Gross Conversion to Gross Clicks.
  10. Impression –  This shows the total impressions.
  11. Campaign Payout – It shows the campaign payout
  12. Campaign Revenue –  It shows Campaign revenue.
  13. payout – It shows the total payout for Approved Conversion
  14. Revenue – It shows total Revenue for Approved Conversion
  15. Revenue Per Click (EPC) – It is the Ratio of the commission generated by the number of clicks.
  16. Click-Through Rate – It is the ratio of the Gross Clicks to the Impression.
  17. Profit – It shows the total profit for Approved Conversions.
  18. Sales Amount – It shows the Total sales amount
  19. Pending Sales Amount – It shows the pending sales amount
  20. Pending Payout – It shows the total Pending payout for Pending Conversion
  21. Pending Revenue – It shows the total Pending Revenue for Pending Conversions
  22. Gross revenue – It shows Gross revenue for Gross conversions
  23. CPA - Cost per acquisition 
  24. Gross Sales Amount - Total amount that one got 
  25. Earning per click - Total earnings fetched per click


In case you want to see if a conversion is from a private goal you can view that as well via our "Is private goal" checkbox. This will be shown only if you select the goal name and ID. In case it's not visible to you contact your account manager to enable the same.
