If your conversion recorded at your end and that conversion not fired to the publishers, there are certain steps you could follow to troubleshoot the publisher postback.


Step 1


Check from Postback/Pixel


  1. Go to postback/pixel from the left navigation bar
  2. Search the publisher from the Advance Filter
  3. View the publisher postback 
  • Here you need to check the placement of the macro in the publisher transactionid/clickid macro.



At the time of placing the publisher postback, in publisher's transactionid/clickid pass the macro {p1} which is publisher clickID macro, like:
  • &transactionid={p1}



Step 2


Check from Postback Logs


  1. Go to postback/pixel from the left navigation bar
  2. Search the publisher from the Advance Filter
  3.  From the Action tab > Open "Postback Send Logs"
  • Here you can check the postback fired logs and filter out the report and check multiple options with "Server Message". 


On the basis of the server message, you could take the action and do the necessary change in the publisher postback and check the placement macros in the postback.



For validation of fired postback with the publisher you could export the publisher postback logs in the CSV file and cross with the publisher's server.
