Step-by-step process to setup re-captcha for publishers
1. Go to customize section
2. Go to sign-up questions and then click on Re-captcha
3. Click on the link as mentioned below in the screenshot
4. Enter the required details like label, Select recaptcha v2, Enter domain ( make sure you enter login domain ), Accept terms and condition checkbox and submit as mentioned in the screenshot.
5. New page will open, copy site key and copy secret key
6. Paste the copied site key and copied secret key and select the enabled option as yes and save the same on the panel as reflected in the below screenshot.
7. Open the publisher register page and check for the re-captcha.
