Campaign Access via URL

Campaign access via a single link

Overview

Managing and sharing campaign information has become more efficient with the introduction of campaign page URLs in CSV exports.

This feature will allow authorised publishers to access campaign details via a single link.

This enhancement allows assigned publishers to securely access detailed campaign pages directly by clicking links shared in exported files, making sharing easier and more efficient while keeping access secure.

Exporting Campaign Page Links in CSV

In the "Manage Campaigns" section, you can use the Bulk Action menu to select the "Export CSV" option. This will generate a file containing direct links to the campaign pages. Publishers can use these links to easily access detailed campaign information directly on the Trackier platform.

Note:

Only publishers who are assigned to specific campaigns and have signed up on Trackier can access these campaign detail pages, keeping things secure.

It keeps campaign information secure and accessible only to authorised users, making it easy to share updates through newsletters or emails and helping publishers stay informed and engaged with no extra steps.

Use Cases:

Newsletter & Email Campaign Sharing

Admins can export campaign lists with links and include them in newsletters or email updates, allowing publishers to quickly access campaign details with a single click.

Faster Publisher Onboarding

New publishers can instantly review campaign information without requiring additional manual communication. Direct campaign links make the onboarding process smoother, faster, and more efficient.

Improved Publisher Engagement & Visibility

Publishers can easily stay updated on live campaigns, offers, and important updates through direct access links, helping improve engagement and overall campaign visibility.

Where to Find the "Export CSV" Button?

To export files, go to Manage Campaigns and click on the Bulk Action menu and then select Export CSV from the dropdown.

When a publisher with proper access clicks the link under the "publisher_campaign_URL" from the CSV, they will be automatically redirected to the campaign’s detailed page.

Note:

  • The campaign URL link can be found by the publisher under the field labelled "Publisher_Campaign_URL" in the CSV.

  • Unauthorised users cannot access campaign pages through exported URLs.

This feature simplifies campaign sharing and improves communication by allowing publishers to access important campaign data quickly and securely. It’s a seamless way to keep everyone connected and up-to-date, making it easy to stay informed and engaged without any extra steps.
