Trackier provides customizable sign-up options for publishers and advertisers, enabling you to configure and update registration fields based on your needs

Overview

Trackier offers you an option wherein you can customize the sign-in panel for your publishers and advertisers by explicitly mentioning the fields anyone must enter before signing up for the platform. Please note that the process for publishers and advertisers will be the same.

How to Configure Sign-Up Questions

Step 1: Navigate to Customize Section

Go to:
Customize → Sign-Up Questions


Step 2: Add New Field

Click on Add New Field and configure the field details.


Step 3: Configure Field Settings

Define the following:

  • Name → Field label shown on signup form

  • Type → Input type (text, date, image, etc.)

  • Required Field → Mark as mandatory if needed

  • Hide Field → Choose whether to display or hide the field

  • Validation Type → Numeric, alphanumeric, or custom rules

  • Min/Max Characters → Define input limits


Step 4: Manage Sections (Optional)

You can organize fields into sections by:

  • Going to Manage Sections

  • Grouping related fields together

  • Enabling section-based signup flow


Step 5: Save Configuration

Click Save to apply changes to the signup form.

Managing Sections in Publisher: Signup Questions

In case you want to divide your sign-in questions into different sections, you need to go to "Manage Sections" and add categories or sections as per your wish

  • You have the ability to modify sections and fields, choosing to either hide them or make them a required field.

  • You need to enable the "Show registration page based on sections" button to be visible while signing up.

  • Keep signup forms simple and relevant

  • Avoid excessive required fields to reduce drop-offs

Important Note

  • Required fields will appear with an asterisk (*) on the signup form

  • Changes apply to both publisher and advertiser signup pages

  • Section-based signup must be enabled to display grouped fields properly
