Stay Updated on Metrics via Scheduled Report Tool

This article is a helpful guide to learning the use and functionality of scheduled report futures on Trackier.

Overview

This feature allows you to automate the reporting process; you simply save the report you want to schedule and fill in a few details for the report to reach you. Once finished, it will be emailed directly to you and any other member of your team at the time that you have specified.

What is the Scheduled Report Tool?

The Scheduled Report tool removes the need to manually pull and share reports by automating the entire process.

You select one or more saved reports, define the frequency and recipients, and Trackier handles the rest sending the reports directly to the specified email addresses at the configured time.

Why Use Scheduled Reports?

  • Eliminate the need to manually run and share reports on a recurring basis

  • Keep your team, advertisers, or stakeholders automatically updated on campaign performance

  • Schedule reports for multiple recipients without setting up separate workflows

  • Combine multiple saved reports into a single scheduled delivery

  • Pause and resume scheduled reports without deleting them

Before You Begin

Scheduled Reports work with saved reports — reports you have already configured and saved in Trackier. Before setting up a schedule, make sure the reports you want to automate have been saved. Refer to the Saving Reports for Faster Data Access guide if you need help saving a report first.

How to Set Up a Scheduled Report

Step 1: Access the Scheduled Reports Section

  1. In your Trackier panel, go to Reports from the left navigation panel

  2. Select Schedule Report

  3. In the top right corner, click Actions → Add Reports to Schedule

Step 2: Fill in the Schedule Details

Configure the following fields for your scheduled report:

Field

Description

Report Name

Enter a name to identify this scheduled report. This is how it will appear in your list of scheduled reports

Status

Set to Active to enable the schedule, or Paused to save it without activating delivery

Frequency

Choose how often the report should be sent — Daily, Weekly, or Monthly. For weekly reports, you can select specific days (e.g., every Monday and Friday)

Select Reports

Choose one or more saved reports to include in this scheduled delivery. Multiple reports can be bundled into a single email

Notify Users

Select the Trackier users on your panel who should receive the report

Additional Users

Enter email addresses for recipients outside your Trackier panel — such as advertisers, external stakeholders, or team members without a panel login

Managing Scheduled Reports

All your scheduled reports are listed on the Schedule Report page. From here you can:

  • Edit a scheduled report to update its frequency, recipients, or selected reports

  • Pause a schedule to temporarily stop delivery without deleting it

  • Delete a scheduled report that is no longer needed

Once scheduled, you can manage the reports by editing the details or deleting them.

Conclusion

Scheduled Reports turn your most important Trackier reports into automated, recurring deliveries — saving you time and ensuring the right people always have the performance data they need without any manual effort.

By combining multiple saved reports into a single schedule and controlling delivery frequency and recipients, you can build a reporting workflow that runs itself.
