Overview

Decathlon is a global company that sells sports equipment and fitness gear. They create and sell products for over 70 different sports, making them one of the biggest sporting goods retailers in the world. They have stores in many countries and also sell their products through their online e-commerce platform.

Integrating Decathlon with Trackier will make sure that the orders processed on Decathlon’s platform will also be visible on Trackier, which will help in tracking performance, optimising campaigns, and gaining valuable insights into customer behavior. This seamless integration will allow for more effective decision-making and better campaign management.

Integration Steps:

Step 1: Access the Integration

From the Dashboard, navigate to Automation and then select Ecommerce.

In this section, click on Integrations, where you’ll find Decathlon listed as an available option. Click on 'Setup' to proceed with the integration.

Step 2: Configure the Integration

Click on "Configure Decathlon Integration" or click on Actions and "Add New Integration" to proceed. This will redirect you to the following page.

Enable: Use the Enable toggle to activate the Decathlon integration. This toggle gives you the flexibility to enable or disable the connection between Trackier and Decathlon.

Name: Provide a unique name for this integration.

API Token: The API token can be found from your Decathlon account

Note:

To find the API token from the Decathlon account, please follow the steps:
1. Log in to your Decathlon account.

2. In the top right corner of the screen, click the person icon and select Profile, then navigate to the API Key tab.

3. Click Generate New Key, and once the API key is generated, copy the key.

Click ID Field: In this field, please select the parameter from here in order to map it with your click ID.

Once you enter the required details, please click on Save to finish setting up the integration.

Logs

The logs show which orders were successfully retrieved and which ones were not. Any changes made to the integration will also be recorded in the logs, giving you an overview of the system’s updates and performance.
