At a Glance: Trackier offers you the option to change your advertiser's information in the panel. You will get to learn how to change advertiser's details step by step in this knowledge base.

Steps to update the information

  • Click on the Manage tab in the Advertisers section on the left side of the panel.

  • Select the particular advertiser you wish to modify, then click on the three dots on the extreme right under the Action column. You can even delete any advertiser if you want to.

  • Once you fill out the details in this form, hit the Save button.

Advertisers: Details

  • Here, you can change your advertiser's username, password, email address, phone number, Skype ID, name of the company, status, address, country, state, city, zipcode, tax ID, and reference ID.

  • Tags: This option allows you to add different tags to segregate a specific group of advertisers while using the filter option.

  • Parent Advertiser: In this section, you have the option to select a parent advertiser, allowing them to view the report for the child advertiser.

  • Account Manager (Optional): Assign an account manager to the particular advertiser.

  • Billing company: The name of the company will appear in the billing company where the bill will be generated.

  • Signup Questions: Also, you can set up sign-up questions as per your choice for your advertisers by clicking on Modify Signup Questions, and you will get this page.

  • You will see all the recent activities in the timeline and changes made related to the advertiser's information by time and date.
