Overview
The Product Feed feature in Trackier simplifies product-level tracking for marketplaces and e-commerce campaigns by allowing advertisers to share a centralized product feed file with selected publishers. Through a single CSV file, publishers can access product details along with pre-generated tracking links for all available products in one place.
This automation eliminates the need to manually generate individual tracking links for every product, making campaign execution faster, more scalable, and easier to manage for both advertisers and publishers.
What is a Product Feed?
A product feed is a structured file — typically a CSV — that contains detailed information about a brand's product catalogue, including product names, URLs, prices, images, categories, and more. In Trackier, product feeds go one step further by automatically embedding a tracking link for each product, making it easy for publishers to promote specific items from a brand's catalogue.
Why Use Product Feeds?
Eliminate the need for publishers to manually generate tracking links for individual products
Give publishers instant access to a complete, up-to-date product catalogue with ready-to-use tracking links
Control which publishers can access which product feeds
Keep product data current — feeds are automatically refreshed every 24 hours
Scale e-commerce affiliate campaigns without manual link management overhead
The information in these files is also updated every 24 hours to reflect any changes in the product feed made by the brand.

In the Basic Configuration section, select one of the options from "Feed URL" and "API."
If you selected the feed URL, then you're required to fill in the details below.
Advertiser: Add your advertiser to which this feed has to be added.
Product Feed Name: Enter the feed name. This is how it will be displayed to your publishers.
Feed URL: Input the Feed URL. If you are an advertising agency, the advertiser will provide this to you.
User Name: Enter User Name.
Password: Enter Password.
Root Element: This will act as a parent element for your feed. It could be anything specific that includes all your product information. The root element has to be extracted from the product feed file that is provided to you. Please consult your technical team for this purpose.
For instance, "Message_inbox" is a root element, and "to," "from," and "subject" are its child elements. Please enter root element values with an underscore (_) separation.
If you selected the API, then the required fields to be filled are:
Advertisers: Add your advertiser here.
Affiliate: Add your affiliate in this section.
Affiliate Tracking ID: Enter the affiliate tracking ID.
Affiliate API Token: Enter your affiliate API token here.
The product feeds offered by the advertiser may contain a variety of fields. These fields may have different names in Trackier, such as the ID being referred to as "product ID." In order for the system to properly recognize and generate tracking links, you will need to map the relevant fields with their corresponding Trackier fields in this step.
You can also add a sample CSV to map the relevant fields to the Trackier fields. To do this, simply choose CSV mapping at the top, and an option to upload a CSV file will be available.
Note: For any irrelevant fields, you can map them with the "skip this field" option, and they won't appear in the downloaded CSV. |
STEP 2: Data mapping
In this step, you have to map the fields in the product feed to the fields in Trackier.

Go to Account → Product Feeds
Download the CSV file for any feed that has been made available to them
Copy the tracking link for each product directly from the downloaded CSV
