Overview
Advertiser managers will see the data of only those advertisers that have been assigned to them. In case you haven't assigned any, the system will automatically assign them all the advertisers.
What is an Advertiser Manager?
An Advertiser Manager is a platform user who is responsible for managing advertiser accounts, monitoring campaign performance, and handling advertiser-level configurations within Trackier.
They act as a bridge between advertisers and the platform to ensure smooth campaign execution and tracking.
Roles and Permissions
Link Management: With this right, you can perform CRUD operations on the links in the campaign. If you want to provide only a few specific rights, you can do that as well, such as only view or only create.
Invoice Management: This will allow the ADM to perform CRUD operations on the invoices.
Automation: Inside automation, you can give them access to integrate with various offerings of our tools, apply to optimize rule functions, auto-pause campaigns, and perform offer checking using link test tools.
Smart Link Access: In case you want to give smart link generation and view access to ADM.
Conversion Access: Full data access to the conversions and editing of those conversions in case of any issues.
Payout Access: To give payouts to different affiliates.
Subid/Timezone Report: To give them access to view the timezone report.
Today Conversion Column: If you desire to grant them access to view the Today Conversion Column for managing campaigns, you have the option to do so.
Assign via Tags: If you choose the yes checkbox, the list of advertisers associated with the assigned tags will be shown. The tag acts as a group here, and all relevant reporting will also be visible.
You can also set the KPIs that will be seen by ADM for both general reports and conversion reports.
Inside the panel of ADM, they would see a few reports such as campaign, advertisers, daily, goals, CAP, click, conversion, impression, and cohort reports.
