Overview
A tracking link is the foundation of every campaign a publisher runs. It identifies the publisher and campaign pair, records clicks, and connects user activity back to conversions.
Publishers can generate their tracking links directly from the campaign info page in their Trackier interface without needing the network admin to generate it for them.
Why Publishers Generate Their Own Tracking Links
Get the tracking link instantly without waiting for the network admin
Customize the link with their own sub-publisher IDs, sources, and deep link destinations
Select the specific landing page or pre-lander they want traffic directed to
Maintain full control over how their traffic is tracked and attributed

Log in to your Trackier publisher interface
Navigate to the Campaign section and open the campaign you want to run
On the Campaign Info page, locate the Tracking Link section

Note: Both the old and new publisher interfaces follow the same steps. The layout differs slightly between the two versions, but the functionality is identical.
Tracking Link Options
When generating a tracking link, publishers have access to the following customization options:
Add Tracking Parameters: Place your publisher tracking macros against the specified parameters. This allows your tracking system to pass sub-publisher IDs, click IDs, or other values into the tracking link for downstream attribution.
Add Deep Link Redirect users to a specific page or section within the campaign's destination website, rather than the default landing page.
Example: If you are running a Myntra campaign and want users to land directly on the footwear section, add the URL of that specific page as the deep link. Users who click your tracking link will be taken directly to that section instead of the homepage.
Add Source (Sub-Publisher): Pass a macro for your sub-publisher against the source parameter. This allows you to track performance at the sub-publisher level and attribute clicks and conversions to specific traffic sources within your network.
Add Landing Page: Select a specific landing page from the dropdown to generate a tracking link that directs traffic to that page. This option is available if the network has added multiple landing pages to the campaign.
Pre-Landers: Redirect traffic to a pre-lander page before the main landing page. Pre-landers are typically used to warm up users before sending them to the offer.
Impression Pixel: This checkbox appears only if impression tracking has been enabled in the campaign settings by the network admin. Enabling it generates an impression pixel alongside your tracking link to record ad views.
Change Tracking Domain: If multiple tracking domains are configured on the platform, you can switch to a different domain by checking this box and selecting from the available options. This is useful if you want to use a specific branded or white-labeled domain for your tracking links.

Conclusion
Generating tracking links from the publisher interface gives publishers the flexibility to set up and customize their campaigns independently. By making use of the available options, deep links, sub-publisher tracking, landing pages, and custom domains, publishers can ensure their traffic is tracked accurately and attributed correctly at every level.
