Customer data is securely stored as long as the associated Trackier account remains active. This ensures uninterrupted access to reporting, tracking, and historical campaign performance data.
If a Trackier account expires or is deactivated, all related customer data is scheduled for deletion within 90 days. This retention window allows for account recovery or data retrieval requests during the grace period.
