Migrate Easily from Any Platform to Trackier Platform

This article will help you in seamlessly migrating from any platform to Trackier, enabling smooth onboarding & efficient performance marketing management.

Overview

Trackier enables a seamless migration process from your existing tracking platform without worrying about conversion loss during the transition. With this feature, Trackier can automatically route conversions to your old platform whenever the conversion belongs to clicks generated there, ensuring uninterrupted tracking and attribution.

This helps you gradually shift traffic from your old platform to Trackier while maintaining accurate conversion tracking across both systems.

How This Feature Helps

Using this migration setup, you can smoothly transition your operations to Trackier by:

  • Gradually shifting traffic from your old platform to Trackier

  • Tracking all new conversions directly on Trackier

  • Automatically routing conversions related to old-platform click IDs back to the old platform

  • Avoiding conversion loss during migration

  • Completing migration safely without disrupting ongoing campaigns

Even after migration begins, if Trackier receives conversions associated with click IDs from your old platform, those conversions will continue to be routed correctly to the previous platform.

In most cases, businesses can fully migrate to Trackier within a few weeks while maintaining uninterrupted tracking and attribution.

Add old platform postback on Trackier

To add the postback URL, navigate to the Advertiser section and click on Manage. From there, select the specific advertiser and access their settings. Then, go to the Basic section.

Here, you need to add your old tracking platform postback URL. Once added, the system will keep sending conversions related to your old platform, Click ID.

Example of a Postback URL:

Make sure to replace the tokens with the corresponding values received via the Trackier Postback URL.

For instance, if you are receiving a sale amount in the &sale_amount of the Trackier postback parameter, then use token {sale_amount} in the third part URL shown below.

Important Note

Trackier will only count conversions that belong to Trackier-generated click IDs.

If the conversion belongs to a click ID from your old platform, Trackier will simply forward the conversion to the old platform.
