Chargebacks are when some amount of money is transferred back to the customer in form of a refund or a discount. Trackier gives you a platform to add, adjust and manage chargebacks.
Where to Find?
- You will see the option of "Chargebacks" as part of the Payment
- Click on the "Add chargeback" button as part of the actions
- You will be required to fill in the details such as the customer ID for whom you want give the chargeback to
- The date on which chargeback will be given along with the amount and the currency
- Don't forget to click on the "Save" button
On the platform, you will the various details of the chargebacks as such affiliates associated with them, the amount, created by and the currency.
