Overview
What is Awin?
Awin is a global affiliate marketing network that bridges the gap between advertisers and publishers. Advertisers list their products and campaigns on Awin, while publishers, such as bloggers, influencers, and media buyers to promote those products to earn commissions on successful conversions.
With access to thousands of top brands across industries like retail, travel, finance, and technology, Awin gives publishers a wide range of campaigns to promote and gives advertisers a large pool of quality traffic partners to work with.
Why Integrate Awin with Trackier?
If you are running Awin campaigns alongside other performance marketing activities, managing everything across separate platforms can lead to fragmented data and missed insights. Integrating Awin with Trackier brings everything together in one place.
With this integration, you can:
Track Awin conversions alongside all your other campaigns within Trackier
Attribute conversions accurately using Awin's click ID-based tracking
Monitor all data transfers between Trackier and Awin through a unified log view
Get a complete picture of your affiliate performance without switching between platforms
You will be able to track conversions based on the click_id using this integration.
Integration Steps
Step 1: Open the Awin Integration
In your Trackier panel, navigate to Automation → E-commerce → Integrations
Locate Awin from the list of available integrations
Click the Setup button and wait for the configuration window to open
Step 2: Fill in the Configuration Details
Enter the following details in the configuration window:
Enable — Toggle this on to activate the integration between Trackier and Awin. When enabled, Trackier will begin syncing conversion data from your Awin campaigns. You can toggle this off at any time to pause the integration without losing your saved configuration.
Publisher ID — Enter the unique Publisher ID assigned to the publisher for whom this integration is being set up. This tells Trackier which publisher's Awin activity should be tracked and attributed within your panel.
Key — Enter your Awin API key. This key acts as a secure authentication token that establishes a trusted connection between Trackier and Awin. Without a valid key, Trackier will not be able to pull conversion data from Awin or verify the authenticity of incoming data transfers.
Click ID — Awin assigns a unique click ID to every user click on an affiliate link. Select the parameter from the dropdown that corresponds to where this click ID is being captured in your tracking setup. Mapping this correctly is essential for accurate conversion attribution — if the wrong parameter is selected, conversions may not be attributed to the right publisher or campaign.
Once all fields are filled in, click Save to activate the integration.
Note:
You can only fetch data up to a day ago in AWIN integration.
For example, if you are willing to fetch the data of the present day, then you will need to do it on the next day.
