Overview
With the Save Report option, you can save reports with your preferred filters, KPIs, date ranges, and reporting configurations for quick future access. This feature is especially useful when you frequently use the same reporting setup and want to avoid configuring reports manually every time.
Saved reports help streamline reporting workflows, improve efficiency, and ensure consistency in data analysis.
Why Use the Save Report Feature?
Saves time by eliminating the need to repeatedly configure the same report filters and KPIs.
Provides quick access to frequently used reports.
Ensures consistency in reporting across teams and departments.
Helps monitor campaign performance using standardised reporting formats.
Save Report Button
To save a report:
Apply your desired report filters, KPIs, and date range.
Click on the Save Report button located at the top-right corner under the Actions button.
Enter a name for your report.
Click on Save.
Once saved, the report will be available under the Saved Reports section for future use.
Note:
Please note that date ranges continue to update automatically.
Example:
If you save a report with Last 7 Days, the report will always display data for the most recent 7 days.
If you save it with Today, it will always show the current day's data.
The same applies to options such as:
Yesterday
This Month
Last Month
Last 30 Days
This ensures that saved reports always display the latest relevant data without requiring manual date updates.
Saved Reports
Once you choose the name and click on the Save button, it will save your report under the Saved Report section.
If you wish, you can delete the report by clicking on the "Action" button and choosing "Delete"
Real-Life Example
Suppose a performance marketing manager checks campaign performance every morning using the following filters:
KPIs: Clicks, Conversions, Revenue, ROI
Date Range: Last 7 Days
Traffic Source: Facebook Campaigns
Instead of configuring these filters daily, the manager can save the setup as “Facebook Weekly Performance Report".
Now, with a single click, the manager can instantly access updated weekly performance data without repeating the setup process.
