How to Bulk Upload Adjust Report Data ?

Updated over a week ago

At a Glance: This article will give the details on how to upload the Adjust Report data in bulk via CSV upload.

In Trackier, you can upload the clicks/conversions/impressions in your campaigns in bulk, by uploading the CSV file through our bulk upload Adjust Data Feature.

Steps to Upload Adjust CSV

  • Click on the Automation section of your panel, select Data Import, then click on the Plus Icon on the left side of your screen, and select the upload button under the Adjust report CSV option.

  • Get ready with the correct CSV: Columns required in different cases are mentioned below.

The date format must be (YYYY-MM-DD)

Use the same goal ID as created in the campaign.

  • Please make sure you are using the correct spelling and code values that are supported for date and goal_id

  • Don't put anything in the blank cells if no data is applicable.

  • Remove unwanted columns from the CSV so that there is no chance of error.

  • Map the CSV column with the drop-down value

  • Once uploaded, it takes 1 minute to 4 hours for the data to get processed depending on the CSV size.

  • If you upload stats for today, they will be processed the next day in the report section.

  • The CSV upload system supports up to 50,000 rows, if there are more than 50,000 rows, we recommend splitting the file into two different parts and uploading them.

  • Keep a check on the log to review the status for completion or error.

You can delete the manually uploaded data. You will have a window of "90 days" to delete the manually uploaded files, which you won't be able to do yourself. You can reach out to the support team if the deletion is required after 90 days.

  • There is an option for cancelling the CSV file while uploading it; it allows you to stop uploading the file on your panel in between.

For example, if you are uploading a CSV file with 500 conversions, and you cancel the upload in between, it will cancel the conversion upload in between.

  • In the above scenario, the data that is already uploaded will not be deleted. For example, if 500 conversions are getting uploaded and you cancel them in between at 240, then 240 conversions will be uploaded successfully, and the next conversion data will be cancelled.

  • The data of cancelled and processed files will show only if the upload is cancelled when it is in a processing state, not pending (please refer to the screenshot below).
