Steps to follow to upload CSV
Below mentioned are the steps that you need to follow to upload the CSV to bulk update the payouts.
Go To the CSV upload option in the panel.
Once you are ready with CSV, then go to Automation and click on Data Import and navigate to Payout CSV.
Map the CSV column with drop down value
Click upload CSV and you find the option to map the column name, make sure it matches, and click on upload.
Once uploaded, it takes 1 min to 4 hours for the data to get processed depending on CSV size.
If you upload stats for today, it will be processed the next day in the report section.
CSV upload system supports up to 50,000 rows, if there are more than 50,000 rows we recommend splitting the file in two different parts and uploading them.
Keep a check on the log to review the status for completion or error.
Note: You can also delete the manually uploaded data. You will have a window of "90 days" to delete the manually uploaded files post which you won't be able to do it yourself.
Progress/Status of CSV
There is an option for cancelling the CSV file while uploading it, it allows you to stop uploading the file on your panel in between when it is getting processed.
For example, if you are uploading a CSV file with 500 conversions, and you cancel the upload in between, it will cancel the conversion upload in between.
Note:
In the above scenario, the data that is already uploaded will not be deleted, for example, if 500 conversions are getting uploaded and you cancel it in between at 240 then 240 conversions will be uploaded successfully and the next conversion data will be cancelled.
The data of cancelled and processed files will show only if the upload is cancelled when it is in a processing state, not pending (Please refer to the screenshot below).
