Trackier enables you to efficiently distribute different verticals across your team, ensuring better ownership and streamlined operations.
Each team member is assigned a specific role, which determines:
The advertisers and publishers can access
The actions they can perform within the platform
Roles come with clearly defined permissions and responsibilities, allowing you to maintain control while ensuring teams operate with the right level of access.
Team Member Roles:
Trackier offers the following roles for your team members to help you efficiently manage access, responsibilities, and data visibility across publishers, advertisers, reports, and platform settings. Each role is designed to ensure controlled access based on operational requirements.
Publisher Manager
Access to assigned publishers and their data
Responsible for managing all publisher-end data and reports
No access to any other function in the panel except assigned publishers
Advertiser Manager
Access to assigned advertisers and their data
Responsible for managing all advertiser-end data and reports
No access to any other function in the panel except for the assigned advertisers
Operation Manager
Access to reports and operational works
Publishers can be assigned through the operational manager
No edit access will be given
Can access advertiser and publisher reports
Cannot fetch tracking links for publishers
Analyst
Read-only access to all network data
Can manage campaigns and fetch tracking links for publishers
No other edit functions assigned
Access to Manage Publishers and Advertisers on the dashboard
Can edit postbacks
Admin
Complete access to the panel
Can assign tasks and roles to team members
Can monitor team members based on roles
Can edit and change any setting on the panel
Sub-Admin
Complete access except for billing and invoice details
Can edit global-level payouts (irrespective of publisher assignment)
Can view reports of their reporters under the reporting section
Accountant
Can generate invoices for all advertisers and publishers
Can access invoice details
Can approve invoices
Can change invoice status
Custom Role
Permissions can be defined according to the requirement
Access can be altered based on needs and configuration.
How to Add Team Members
1. Access the Team Members Section
Click on the Profile icon located at the top-right corner of your dashboard to open the Team Members section.
Step 2: Adding New Team Members
Click on the Action button located at the top-right corner of the screen (as shown in the image below) to add a new team member.
Add the name, email address, and account status of the member, along with the role that you would want to assign them.
You can define and manage the permissions for the team member during this step. After that, enter the required details and click the Save button to complete the process.
In the case of a custom team member role, the permissions tab will be displayed, like in the picture below:
Note: One can also edit, disable, delete, or log in as any of the members in the main view panel.
Managing Your Team Members
Once team members have been added, you can modify their access and permissions as needed.
To do this, select the specific team member you want to update. You will then be redirected to the corresponding interface where you can view and manage their details, roles, and access settings.
Additional Role Assignment
Trackier also provides the option to assign an additional role to a team member, which grants extended access and defines data visibility within the platform.
These roles include:
Default
No restriction on data visibility
The team member can access all available data based on their primary role permissions
Advertiser Manager
Advertisers can be assigned to the team member
The member will only be able to view data related to assigned advertisers
Affiliate Manager
Affiliates can be assigned to the team member
The member will only be able to view data related to assigned affiliates
Affiliate + Advertiser Manager
Both advertisers and affiliates can be assigned to the team member
The member will only be able to access data related to the assigned advertisers and affiliates
Data Visibility
You can define whether a team member will have access to all user data or only assigned users’ data, based on the level of control required.
Based on this setting, you can also allow access to view reports from selected publishers.
You can:
Select publishers manually, or
Upload a CSV file to assign publishers in bulk.
