Sub-Admin: Roles and Permissions

Updated over a week ago

At a Glance: This article will help you understand the roles and responsibilities of sub-admin and what permissions are given to them.

Overview

Sub-admins are just next to the hierarchy of the admins when it comes to roles and permissions. If you want to assign them any additional roles, you can do that as well. You will also have to assign them publishers and advertisers; if no one is assigned, the system will automatically pick them up.

Roles and Permissions:

Link Management: With this right, you can perform CRUD operations on the links of the campaign. If you want to provide only a few specific rights, you can do that as well, such as only view or only create.

Publisher-Specific Payout: You can give the sub-admin full permission to view or create the features of the publisher-specific payout.

Team Member Management: With this, the subadmin will be able to create, view, edit, or delete the members.

Invoice Management: This will allow the sub-admin to perform CRUD operations on the invoices.

Automation: You can give the sub-admin full permission to view or create the features under automation.

Conversion Access: Full data access to the conversions and editing of those conversions in case of any issues.

Payout Access: Full access to the payout and editing of those payouts in case of any issues.

Customize Access: If you want to give them access to the customize panel, you can do that as well.

Today Conversion Column: If you desire to grant them access to view the today conversion column for manage campaign, you have the option to do so.

Sub-Admin Account: Settings

You can also set the KPIs that will be seen by sub-admin for different reports.

Sub-Admin Account: Settings

Sub-admin will see all the reports that an admin panel has. They can manage and make changes to the campaigns as well.

Additional Role

You can now assign an additional role to your sub-admin and restrict their data visibility according to their assigned role.

These roles include:

Default: There will be no restriction on the data visibility of your sub-admin.

Advertiser Manager: You can assign the advertisers to your sub-admin, and only the assigned advertiser's data will be visible to your sub-admin.

Affiliate Manager: You can assign the affiliates to your sub-admin, and only the assigned affiliate's data will be visible to your sub-admin.

Affiliate + Advertiser Manager: You can assign advertisers as well as affiliates to your sub-admin, and only the assigned user's data will be visible to your sub-admin.

Data Visibility: You can set whether the sub-admin will see the data of all the users or just the assigned users.

Allow member to view campaigns of unassigned advertisers: If it is ticked, the user will see all the campaigns, even if they are unassigned.

Additional Role

Note: Always keep the data visibility to "show reports of only assigned users" while assigning any additional role to the sub-admin.
