At a Glance: With our new Adding Notification feature, you have the ability to set up a personalized alert for all members of your team. This includes creating a custom message, choosing specific targets and users, and even scheduling it in advance.


How to add notifications?

  • The Notification section is located on the left side of the panel, providing you with the ability to generate new notifications.

  • Click on the Actions tab and choose the option for creating a new notification.

Notification

  • You can fill up the required details on the current page. Once the details are filled in, hit the send button.

Create: Notification

  • Subject: You can add a relevant timeline for the notification that you will be adding.

  • Message: Create a custom message for the targeted team members.

  • Attachments: You have the option to select attachments up to 50 MB in size. However, please be aware that if you are using Gmail for SMTP, there may be difficulties with attachments.

  • User Section: Select your users, Such as Top publishers, team members, active publishers, etc.

  • Target: Select your audiences to share the notification.

  • Exclude: Exclude selected publishers and limit your audiences.

  • Test Email: You can enter a test email in the test email field to send a notification.

  • Schedule Later: Here, you can preschedule your notification alert for the selected date and time.

  • Send Email: Tick on a box beside 'Send Email' to get a notification alert in your mailbox.
