When you log into Trackier, the dashboard gives you an immediate snapshot of your platform's performance. It is designed to surface the most important data points at a glance across today, the previous day, and the current month so you can quickly assess what is working and where attention is needed, without having to run reports manually.

The Trackier Dashboard facilitates the analysis of individual or organizational performance by providing insights based on hourly, daily, and monthly data.

As shown in the image above, the dashboard provides performance metrics for the 'present day' and 'the last day,' along with 'MTD' (month-to-date) data, encompassing the entire month up to the current day. Furthermore, it offers hourly data, facilitating a granular analysis of campaign performance on an hourly basis.

Dashboard Widgets

The dashboard is divided into several key sections, each providing a different view of your performance data.

1. Top Campaigns, Publishers, and Advertisers:

To view the list of the top 10 performing campaigns, publishers, and advertisers, you can have this data in the form of a table or a pie chart.

2. Clicks, Conversions, and Impressions:

If you hover over conversions, you can also see data of approved and rejected conversions.

3. Campaign Data:

This panel will provide you with data for active, paused, pending, and disabled campaigns. You can also view a pie chart for the top campaigns region- or country-wise. You can explicitly choose the data for whom you want to see these results.

This panel provides a status breakdown of all campaigns on your platform, showing the count of campaigns that are currently:

  • Active

  • Paused

  • Pending

  • Disabled

4. Hourly data:

The hourly data table refreshes every hour and shows a granular, hour-by-hour breakdown of key performance metrics including:

  • Clicks

  • Conversions

  • Payout

  • Revenue

  • Earnings Per Click (EPC)

  • Profit

5. Coupon Code:

You can now see the last 10 added coupons and a link that will redirect you to manage those coupon settings. Along with this, you will see the publisher name, start-end date, and status of the coupon.

6. Goal Based View:

You can track clicks, conversions, and revenue data based on the specific goals set for each campaign.

For example, if your campaign includes goals like deposit, registration, and upgrade, you'll be able to see the number of conversions attributed to each one.

Simply hover over the bar graph to view detailed conversion numbers for each goal, making it easy to analyze performance at a glance.

To enable this view, enable the goal dashboard by clicking on Custom Widgets.

Customisation of Dashboard

All dashboard widgets are fully customizable. You can show or hide any metric or widget based on what is most relevant to your workflow.

To customize your dashboard:

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the dashboard page, or click the Action button at the top

  2. Select Widgets

  3. A list of all available metrics will appear, each with a toggle button

  4. Toggle any widget on or off to update your dashboard view instantly

Changes are saved automatically and will persist the next time you log in.

Upon selecting the 'Widgets' option, you will see a list of all the available metrics, each with toggle buttons. These toggle buttons enable you to effortlessly enable or disable specific widgets directly from the dashboard.

Notifications and updates center

In addition to the aforementioned features, our dashboard also offers a 'Notifications Center,' which indicates users about all the changes that are made in campaign settings or panel settings, and an 'Update Center,' where you can stay informed about the latest enhancements rolled out by Trackier to elevate your user experience.

Profile Settings

Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner of the dashboard to access your account and panel settings. From here you can:

  • Update your panel name and panel logo

  • Change your email address and phone number

  • Set your preferred currency and language

  • Manage team member settings and roles

  • Access billing information

  • Log out of the platform.
