At a Glance: This article will help in understanding the key features that we have available in the Manage campaign section on the Trackier panel.

As the name suggests, this section helps you control all the campaigns listed on your panel, no matter if they are currently running, paused, or deleted. This section allows you to create new campaigns and make changes to existing ones. In the "Manage Campaign" section, you'll find some quick options to change a campaign's status. We'll go into more detail about these actions shortly.

Bulk Actions:

In this section, we offer some convenient bulk options that make it easy and speedy to modify campaign settings and change the status of campaigns:-

Active: You can select multiple paused campaigns and make them Active using this quick button.

Pause: You can select multiple active campaigns and pause them at a single click.

Pending: You can select multiple campaigns that you feel to make a pause and this button under the bulk option will pause them in one go.

Disable: This option helps in disabling multiple campaigns with a single click.

Delete: Multiple campaigns can be deleted using this quick and bulk action.

Make public: For example, you have a few campaigns that are private, and now, all these private campaigns need to be turned into public, This bulk action will help in doing the same.

Make permission required: Same as the above option, multiple campaigns visibility can be modified to "make permission required" using this option.

Assign categories: Categories make it easy for publishers to find the campaigns they need based on niche, payout types, or any other identifier.

This bulk action will allow you to put multiple campaigns under one category in a single click.

Block Publishers: This button will allow you 2to block publishers for multiple campaigns by making a selection one time.

For example, if there are 3 publishers A, B, and C and you want to block it for 8 campaigns, simply select all the 8 campaigns and click on the block publisher option, it will give you a pop-up window from where you can select A, B, and C publisher to block them for all campaigns.

Unblock Publishers: Same as above, we can unblock the publishers in multiple campaigns using the same method.

Test offer: We can test multiple URLs of multiple Campaigns using this test offer option, which will redirect us to offer optimization and will make URL tests for all campaigns.

Export CSV: Select multiple campaigns and export the CSV file for all on one click using this option.

Assign publishers: This procedure is as same as blocking publishers in bulk, Select multiple campaigns -> Click on Assign publishers --> Select publisher from the drop-down menu and there we go.

Export tracking links: For example, if you are willing to export the tracking link of a specific publisher for multiple campaigns, simply select the campaign, click this option, and then choose the publisher and export CSV.

Actions

We have a few options available in the Action button on the Manage Campaign section which allows us to do some important tasks like creating campaigns, editing, and targeting in Bulk.

Create Campaign: This button will redirect us to the campaign creation page, you can read about it in detail here.

Categories: Categories make it easy for publishers to find the campaigns they need based on niche, payout types, or any other identifier, You can create a new category from this section and also can make changes in pre-created categories.

Global Goals: You can use those goals in all the campaigns that you require without creating them again and again, You can read detailed information about global goals here.

Suppression list: Suppression list is a list of people/users who have unsubscribed from the campaign and are not our target audience

Bulk Edit: This option allows you to edit or update campaigns in bulk, For example, if you want to add CAP on 6 of your campaigns, you can select from the list and set the CAP after choosing the option from the drop-down window.

Bulk Targeting: You can upload a CSV file to set a target on the campaign in bulk, There are a few required fields in CSV that you can read in the below screenshot

Filters

This option allows you to add more fields on the Manage campaign section and also, and you can a few specific campaigns as per your requirement by applying the filter:

Campaign ID: You can search the specific campaigns to make the bulk edit by entering the campaign ID in this field.

Title: Same as above, you can list the campaign using the campaign Title to manage or edit it.

Category: As we discussed above, we can define the categories of campaigns from the Manage campaign sections, same as that, we can list the campaigns for any specific category.

Traffic channels: For example, if you want to manage all the campaigns for which Google is allowed as a traffic channel, simply apply this filter to do the same.

Advertiser: This filter allows you to manage all the campaigns of any specific Advertiser, for example, if you are willing to manage the campaigns of XYZ advertiser, simply choose the XYZ from drop-down and make the required changes.

Advertiser manager: As we know that, an Advertiser Manager can be specified while creating a new advertiser or to the existing ones, hence, you can all the campaigns that fall under any specific Advertiser Manager using this filter.

Campaign Type: There are two types of campaigns manually added and imported, you can list the campaign type-wise, for example, if you are willing to make any change in all the campaigns that are manually created, simply choose that manual option from the drop-down.

Objective: You can filter the campaigns based on objectives, for example you want to list all the campaigns with CPA objectives, you can do the same using this filter.

Status: As the name defines, you can list the campaigns status-wise also, for example, if you are willing to make all the paused campaigns active at once, then, choose the status paused and click on the Active option from Bulk actions(as defined above)

GEO: Campaigns based on GEO can be managed using this filter.

Visibility: We can filter out the campaigns based on visibility also, for example, if I am willing to make the changes in all the Private campaigns, simply I will apply this filter and make to required changes.

Device: You can list the campaigns on the basis of the type of devices they are created for, for example, if you want to list all the campaigns that are created for Mobile devices, simply choose the mobile option from the list.

App ID/Package Name: As the name suggests, you can search the campaigns by entering the App ID.

App Name: Similar to the above, you can search the campaigns using the App name.

Minimum & Maximum hops: For example, if you want to list all the campaigns that have a minimum of 2 hops and a maximum of 5 hops, you can enter the same value in this filter and get the result.

OS: You can find the campaign by OS filter also, for example, if you want to list all the campaigns that are created for Android, you can do the same using this filter.

Min & Maximum Payout: As the name defines itself, you can filter out the campaigns payout-wise.

Created Date: If you check this checkbox, all the resulting campaigns will come with a different column of their created date.

Expiry Date: If you check this checkbox, all the resulting campaigns will come with a different column of their expiry date.
