Overview
In Trackier, you can define a parent-child relationship between advertiser accounts. Once set up, a parent advertiser gains visibility into the performance data of all their child advertisers from a single interface without needing to switch between accounts.
This is particularly useful for advertiser groups, holding companies, or agencies that manage multiple brands or sub-accounts under one umbrella and need a consolidated view of campaign performance across all of them.
How to Assign a Parent Advertiser
To set up the parent-child relationship, you assign the parent at the child advertiser's profile level. Here's how:
Go to Advertisers → Manage Advertisers in your Trackier panel
Locate the advertiser you want to designate as a child advertiser
Click Edit on their profile
In the advertiser details, find the Parent Advertiser field
Select the appropriate parent advertiser from the dropdown
Click Save to apply the changes
Once saved, the parent advertiser will be able to view the child advertiser's report data directly from their interface.
Why Use the Parent-Child Advertiser Structure?
Give a parent advertiser a unified view of performance across all child accounts
Eliminate the need to log into each advertiser account separately to pull reports
Streamline reporting for advertiser groups managing multiple brands or sub-accounts
Maintain separate advertiser accounts while still enabling centralised oversight
