At a Glance: Trackier enables direct integration with HubSpot, allowing lead data retrieval with pending-to-approved conversion status updates, streamlining lead management and attribution.

Trackier allows you to integrate with Hubspot and fetch your lead data directly from Hubspot to Trackier. By default, all the conversions will be fetched from Hubspot to Trackier and will be marked under Pending Status. Once it gets explicitly approved, the status for these leads will be changed to "Approved" on the Trackier dashboard.

How to integrate Hubspot with Trackier?

  • Navigate to the "Automation" section within the "Integration" tab, where you will see the "tool" option. From there, you can select "Hubspot." In case you don't, please contact your account manager for the same.

  • From your HubSpot account, retrieve the account ID. Place that ID inside the configuration page under "Hubspot" integration.

  • Trackier stores all the leads via click ID. Hence, you are required to mention the click ID field, through which Trackier will attribute the leads.

  • According to your HubSpot form stages, map your campaign event's KPIs /goals. The stages will be automatically fetched based on the data present on the Hubspot form. You would just be required to align them with your goals.

  • Once you do that, authorize your account with Hubspot by choosing the account and linking it.

  • When creating a form on Hubspot, make sure you include a click ID, which you will find inside the contact property. Ensure to make it a hidden property that will be automatically fetched once the user fills out the form. Trackier will track the click ID for each user, which is unique in the case of every user, and the details will be displayed on Trackier.

  • You can also include utm_medium or utm_source, which you can find inside the contact property itself.
