Siteplug by Affinity is a leading e-commerce platform that enables seamless tracking of orders. Integrating Siteplug with Trackier allows you to automatically fetch conversion data, improve attribution accuracy, and easily monitor and optimize your e-commerce campaigns.

Integration Steps:
Step 1: Access the Integration
Log in to your Trackier Dashboard. From the left navigation menu, go to Automation and select Ecommerce. Click on Integrations to view the available ecommerce integrations. Locate Siteplug in the list and click on "Setup" to begin.
Step 2: Configure the Siteplug by Affinity Integration
Click on "Configure Affinity Integration" or click on Actions and "Add New Integration" to proceed. This will redirect you to the following page.
Enable: Use the Enable toggle to activate the "Siteplug by Affinity" integration. This toggle gives you the flexibility to enable or disable the connection between Trackier and Siteplug.
Name: Provide a unique name for this integration.
Username & API Token: The username and API token can be found from your Siteplug account.
Edit Conversion Status: Enable this toggle if you want to edit the conversion status when an order reappears with a different status in the Affinity API.
Status Map
Use the Status Map to map order statuses appropriately between systems. Map each order status on the left to the corresponding conversion status on the right. This mapping enables the system to correctly categorise each stage of an order for accurate tracking and reporting.
Once all required details have been entered, click Save to complete the integration setup.
Note:
Always verify credentials before enabling the integration.
Ensure that all credentials are correct and active and that the token is copied exactly as provided, including any special characters.
Incorrect credentials may prevent orders from being fetched successfully.
Logs and Monitoring
The logs show which orders were successfully retrieved and which ones were not. Any changes made to the integration will also be recorded in the logs, giving you an overview of the system’s updates and performance.
