Realme is one of the fastest-growing technology brands, known for its smartphones and smart devices. Integrating Realme with Trackier helps you automatically track conversions, improve data accuracy, and easily monitor and optimise your eCommerce campaigns. Conversion data is imported from Realme into your Trackier dashboard. By using this integration, users can focus more on optimisation and less on manual reporting — ensuring maximum efficiency and ROI.

Integration Steps:
Step 1: Access the Integration
From the Dashboard, navigate to Automation and then select Ecommerce.
In this section, click on Integrations, where you’ll find Realme listed as an available option. Next, click ‘Setup’ to begin the integration process.
Step 2: Configure the Realme Integration
Click on "Actions" and then "Add New Integration" to proceed. This will redirect you to the following page.
Enable: Use the Enable toggle to activate the Realme integration. This toggle gives you the flexibility to enable or disable the connection between Trackier and Realme.
Name: Provide a unique name for this integration.
UTM Source: Enter the name you wish to show as the source in your tracking data.
App ID & App Secret: Contact your Realme account representative or partner manager and request the “App ID & App Key” credentials required for the integration.
Click ID: Choose the field that matches your click ID, either utmPid or utmCode, so it can be linked with the Trackier's click_id parameter.
Status Map:
Please map each order status on the left to the appropriate conversion status on the right. This mapping helps the system understand how to categorise each order stage for tracking and reporting purposes.
Once you enter the required details, please click on Save to finish setting up the integration.
Note:
You have to create a campaign on Trackier after setting up the integration.
Make sure that the clickid parameter from Realme is mapped to Trackier’s {click_id} macro in the campaign URL.
Once the campaign is live, Trackier will continuously fetch Realme conversions and display them in your Conversion Report.
Logs
The logs show which orders were successfully retrieved and which ones were not. Any changes made to the integration will also be recorded in the logs, giving you an overview of the system’s updates and performance.
