Overview

Blibli is a leading Indonesian e-commerce platform, founded in 2011 and backed by the Djarum Group. It serves B2C, B2B, and B2B2C markets with fast delivery, strong customer support, and a wide product range. The company offers omnichannel services and a unified ecosystem with tiket.com and Ranch Market.

Integrating Blibli with Trackier creates a seamless data flow between the two platforms, ensuring that every transaction processed on Blibli is accurately captured and reflected within Trackier. This powerful integration provides valuable insights into consumer behaviour, enabling smarter performance tracking, better campaign optimisation, and more impactful, data-driven decisions.

Integration Steps~

Step 1: Access the Integration

From the Dashboard, navigate to Automation and then select Ecommerce.

In this section, click on Integrations, where you’ll find Blibli listed as an available option. Click on 'Setup' to proceed with the integration.

Step 2: Configure the Integration

Click on "Configure Blibli Integration" to proceed. This will redirect you to the following page.

Enable: Use the Enable toggle to activate the Blibli integration. This toggle gives you the flexibility to enable or disable the connection between Trackier and Blibli.

Name: Provide a unique name for this integration.

Partner ID, Secret Key, Business Partner Key and Business Partner Name:

These details are provided by the Blibli affiliate from the Blibli panel.

Steps to retrieve required information from Blibli:

Partner ID

  • Log in to Blibli Seller Center with your merchant account.

  • Click on your profile or email in the top-right corner and select “Store Info” (or similar).

  • You’ll see your Merchant Code or Seller ID displayed there. This acts as your Partner ID for integration.

Secret Key

  • Within your profile dropdown, find and click on “Seller API Manager”.

  • Click the “Generate” (or maybe “Create”) button to create a new API Seller Key.

  • Copy this generated key — that’s your Secret Key for API integrations.

Once you enter the required details, please click on Save to finish setting up the integration.

Logs

The logs show which orders were successfully retrieved and which ones were not. Any changes made to the integration will also be recorded in the logs, giving you an overview of the system’s updates and performance.
