Integrating eBay with Trackier ensures that all orders processed on eBay are seamlessly tracked and reflected within the Trackier platform. Integration Steps~
Step 1: Access the Integration
From the Dashboard, navigate to Automation and then select Ecommerce.
In this section, click on Integrations, where you’ll find eBay listed as an available option. Click on 'Setup' to proceed with the integration.
Step 2: Configure the Integration
Click on "Configure eBay Integration" or click on Actions and "Add New Integration" to proceed. This will redirect you to the following page.
Enable: Use the toggle switch to turn the eBay integration on or off. This allows you to easily manage the connection between Trackier and eBay based on your needs.
Name: Enter a distinct name to identify this integration clearly.
Account SID & Auth Token
Steps to retrieve these details from the eBay Partner Network:
Log in to your eBay Partner Network account at partner.ebay.com.
Click the cloud icon located in the bottom-left corner of the dashboard to open the API section.
Click on “API” and then select “Enable API Access Now.”
Once enabled, your Account SID and Auth Token will be generated and available for use.

Click ID: By default, the CustomId parameter is mapped to the Click ID.
Once you enter the required details, please click on Save to finish setting up the integration.

The logs provide a clear view of which orders were successfully retrieved and which were not. They also record any changes made to the integration, offering a transparent overview of system activity, updates, and overall performance.
