You can generate a Publisher API key directly from the Trackier panel and share it with your publisher. Once generated, the key will also be visible to the publisher under the API section of their panel.
To generate a Publisher API key:
Go to Manage Publishers in your Trackier panel
Select the publisher you want to provide API access to
Generate the API key from their profile
The publisher can then find and use this key from their panel under API

Note: A Publisher API key can only be used with a valid Publisher API endpoint. Using it with Admin or Advertiser API endpoints will not work.
Q2. My publisher fetched offers via the API, but some offers are not showing up. How do I fix this?
This is usually an approval issue. Before troubleshooting further, confirm that the missing offers have been approved for that publisher from your end.
To verify:
Check that the publisher has been approved to run the offers in question
Test the API endpoint directly in your browser to confirm whether the offer appears in the response.
If the offer is still not visible after approval, contact Trackier Support at support@trackier.com with the relevant offer and publisher detailsโ
Q3. How do I give my publisher access to reports, campaigns, and other data via the API?
