Overview
Alerts in Trackier are automated notifications that help you stay updated on important campaign activities without constant manual monitoring. By setting custom conditions and logic, you can receive email notifications whenever specific events or thresholds are met—such as changes in clicks, conversions, or campaign performance.
These alerts can be configured for campaigns, advertisers, publishers, or goals, and can also be sent to selected team members based on relevance. This ensures that the right people are informed at the right time, enabling quicker action and better campaign management.
Why Use Alerts?
The Alerts feature is useful because it helps you:
Monitor campaigns automatically without checking reports repeatedly
Get notified immediately when a campaign meets a specific condition
Inform the right team members automatically
Detect sudden drops or spikes in performance
Identify fraud, overspending, or unusual traffic patterns quickly
Improve campaign optimization and response time
For example, you may want to:
Receive an alert if cancelled conversions exceed 50
Notify the account manager if a campaign budget is exhausted
Alert the fraud team if clicks suddenly increase abnormally
Inform the advertiser if conversions drop below a certain level
Steps to follow:
Step 1:
Go to the Automation section on your panel and select Alerts from the left menu. Here you will see an option to configure a new alert under the actions button.
Step 2:
Please fill in all the necessary details and provide the conditions to set the custom alert.
Add the name of the alert alongside the members that you want to notify. You can include any other recipients if you wish to.
Step 3: Target and Lifespan
From here, you can target advertisers, publishers, campaigns, and goals. You can also set the alert's lifespan from here. Add a lookback window duration to check the condition/report after the number of days specified here.
Add the frequency for sending the alerts to the concerned POCs.
Step 4: Conditions
Enter the condition here, and once it is met, an alert will be sent out. You can add multiple conditions as well. The threshold here will mean the maximum number/limit.
In the condition model, there are two choices available: one is fixed, and the other is Dynamic.
Fixed: If you select the fixed option, such as when the number of unique clicks (condition type) goes beyond the fixed value (Threshold) that you will input, an alert will be created and sent.
Dynamic: If you opt for the dynamic choice, such as when the number of unique clicks (condition type) surpasses the number of impressions (condition type 2), an alert will be created and sent.
In case you add multiple conditions, you can choose to add "At least one" in case you want an alert to be sent out if any one of the conditions is met.
Step 5: Finish
You can view what your alert looks like and click on "Finish" to post it.
Example Use Case
Suppose you want to receive an alert whenever:
Cancelled conversions exceed 50
Only for Campaign A and Campaign B
The condition should be checked every 5 days
The alert should be sent every 16 hours
You can configure this in the Alerts section by:
Selecting the two campaigns
Setting the metric as Cancelled Conversions
Choosing the threshold as 50
Setting the Lookback Window to 5 days
Setting the frequency to 16 hours
Once the threshold is crossed, the selected team members will automatically receive the notification.

The Alerts feature in Trackier provides a flexible and powerful way to keep your team informed about campaign performance. By setting custom conditions, thresholds, and frequencies, you can ensure timely notifications for key events, enabling better decision-making and proactive management. Whether you need fixed or dynamic alerts, targeting specific campaigns, publishers, or goals, this feature helps streamline communication and ensures your team stays updated efficiently.
