Temu is an e-commerce platform connecting global consumers with affordable products, mainly from Chinese merchants and manufacturers. It offers a wide range of goods, discounts, and a social shopping experience, helping sellers reach international markets while offering budget-friendly options to shoppers.
Trackier allows you to seamlessly connect your Temu account and track and attribute the conversions.
Integration Steps
To connect your Temu store, follow the below steps:
Step 1: Access the Integration
From the Dashboard, navigate to Automation and then select Ecommerce.
In this section, click on Integrations, where you’ll find Temu listed as an available option. Simply click on 'Setup' to proceed with the integration.
Step 2: Configure the Integration
Click on "Configure Temu Integration" to proceed. This will take you to the following page.
Enable: Toggle the Enable button to activate the integration with Temu.
This toggle allows you to easily enable or disable the connection between Trackier and Temu.
Name: Provide a unique name for this integration.
App ID: The App ID is a unique identifier for your Temu store’s integration. It allows the tracking software to authenticate and connect with your store. It can be found on Temu's panel.
App Secret: The App Secret is an authentication key provided by Temu to ensure secure communication between Trackier and Temu. It acts as a password for the integration. Similar to the App ID, you can find the Secret key on your Temu panel.
URL: The URL is the Temu commission API URL provided in the Temu panel.
After filling in all the required details, please ensure to save the integration.
Once the integration is set up correctly, you will be able to view it and access the logs for further monitoring and analysis.
Logs
You can review the logs to track the flow of data, spot any discrepancies or issues, and verify that the integration is running efficiently. By regularly checking the logs, you can ensure that all data transfers are occurring as expected and take proactive steps to resolve any potential problems, helping to maintain a seamless connection between your Trackier panel and Temu.
