Q1. I want to change my conversion tracking method. How can I do that?

If you wish to change your conversion tracking method, you can do it by simply going to your campaign settings and updating the conversion tracking as per your requirements.


Q2. I want to schedule my campaign; how can I do that?

Go to your Campaign then click on details then edit<<schedule status change<<save

We have this feature Schedule a status change where you can setup start and end dates for your campaign, and you can also set notification dates for admin and your publisher, which will notify and remind them regarding your campaign's ending date.


Q3. I want to set up a primary tracking domain for my campaign, where i can do that?

By going to campaign settings, you can select your primary tracking domain from the option Conversion tracking domain for your campaign.


Q4. I want conversions to initially remain in a pending state, I will approve it for my publishers manually, how can I do that?

You have to go to your campaign basic settings and then set all conversions as a pending option to yes, from this option, all conversions will initially come under the pending state and later you can approve the same accordingly.


Q5. How can I enable duplicate IP postbacks and track multiple conversions received from the same click_id from the advertiser's end?

You can do that by going to campaign settings and updating the settings to track multiple conversions.
