Sub-Admin: Complete access has been given to those who are assigned this designation. The only thing that they cannot access is the billing and invoice side details on the panel. They can also edit the global-level payouts, irrespective of the publisher assigned to them. Under-reporting section sub-admins can view the reports of their reporters as well.

Accountant: Access to generate invoices for all advertisers and publishers. The accountant can access invoices' details, approve them, and change their status as well.

Q3. My team member is unable to perform certain actions or edit certain settings, why?

In such cases, you have to check that the team member is working for what role. There are certain limitations for every team member, apart from the admin, to make certain changes on the panel. Admin can enable the option for team members to take certain actions or edit the panel.

Q4. What is the difference between an advertiser manager and a sub-admin + advertiser manager?

Advertiser Manager:- The assigned team member will have access to the assigned advertisers and their data. The advertiser manager will be responsible for managing all the advertiser's end data and reports and will not be able to access any other function in the panel except the assigned advertisers.

Sub-Admin + Advertiser Manager (Additional Role):- We added this feature to our panel that lets you give extra roles to sub-admins. If a team member has both sub-admin and advertiser manager roles, they can do everything a sub-admin can, and additionally, you can assign the advertisers to your sub-admin, and only the assigned advertiser's data will be visible to your sub-admin.

For more details on this role, please check Sub-Admin + Advertiser Manager (Additional Role).
