Locate and Access an Advertiser’s Postback in Trackier

This article explains how to locate the postback URL on your platform and share it with your advertiser to ensure accurate conversion tracking.

Overview

An advertiser postback (also known as a server-to-server or S2S postback) is a method used to notify Trackier when a conversion occurs on the advertiser’s website or platform.

Instead of relying on browser-based tracking (like pixels), a postback works server-to-server. When a user completes a desired action—such as a purchase, signup, or lead—the advertiser’s system sends a request directly to Trackier with the conversion details.

This ensures more accurate and reliable tracking, as it is not affected by browser restrictions, ad blockers, or cookie limitations.

What to Do Next?

Once you share the postback URL:

  • Ask the advertiser to integrate it on their server.

  • Ensure they pass the correct parameters (such as Click ID, Sale Amount, etc.)

  • Perform a test conversion to verify that tracking is working correctly.
