What is a fallback campaign?

A fallback campaign is a campaign used as the default campaign to fallback in rare scenarios when the created campaign is not active.

It might occur due to various reasons, and a few of them are: poor internet connectivity, service workers being unreachable, or the campaign being inactive. In that case, the traffic will get redirected to the fallback URL.

  • To enable fallback for your campaign, navigate to the specific Campaign and choose Settings. From there, click on Fallback Traffic.
