How to integrate Botman.ninja Anti-Fraud Tool with Trackier?
Integration Steps
Step 1: Access the Botman.ninja Integration
In your Trackier panel, go to Automation → Anti-Fraud Tools
Search for Botman.ninja in the list of available tools
Click Config to open the fraud rule configuration page
Upon selecting the "Config" option, you will be directed to a page where you can establish constraints and implement various rules and corresponding actions.
Step 2: Configure the Fraud Rule
Fill in the following fields on the configuration page:

Botman Key / ID | Enter the Key/ID provided by Botman.ninja. This identifies your account and authenticates the integration |
Botman Biz ID | Enter the Biz ID provided by Botman.ninja. This is required specifically for click-level fraud protection |
Fraud Protection Level | Select where fraud checks should be applied — on Click, on Conversion, or on Both |
Smart Approve / Reject Conversions | When Enabled, conversions are held in a pending state and automatically approved or rejected by Botman.ninja after their analysis. When Disabled, conversions follow your standard approval flow |
Whitelist Publishers | Check this box to whitelist all publishers by default. Botman.ninja checks will apply to all publishers unless specific ones are excluded |
Blacklist Publishers | Select specific publishers you want Botman.ninja's fraud checks to apply to and block based on this rule |
Whitelist Campaigns | Check this box to whitelist all campaigns by default. Botman.ninja checks will apply to all campaigns unless specific ones are excluded |
Blacklist Campaigns | Select specific campaigns you want Botman.ninja's fraud detection rules to apply to and block based on this rule |
Status | Set to Active to enable the integration. If set to Paused, the integration will be saved but no fraud checks will run |
Network URL | Enter your Trackier panel domain. This allows Botman.ninja to identify the source of the traffic being analyzed |
Token | Enter the token provided by Botman.ninja. This authenticates all communication between Trackier and Botman.ninja |
Note: Make sure all fields are correctly filled and mapped before saving. Incorrect configuration may result in legitimate traffic being blocked or fraudulent traffic going undetected.
Step 3: Save the Integration
Once all fields are configured, click Save to activate the Botman.ninja integration. Botman.ninja will begin evaluating incoming traffic immediately based on the rules and protection level you have defined.
Step 4: View the Postbacks Logs
To access the postback logs, just click on the postback logs located at the bottom of the page. This will enable you to see the postback logs for all checks that have been applied in the Botman.ninja anti-fraud tool.
Understanding Smart Approve / Reject
The Smart Approve/Reject feature is unique to Botman.ninja's integration. When enabled, it introduces a hold step into your conversion flow:
A conversion fires and is received by Trackier
Instead of being immediately approved, the conversion is set to Pending
Botman.ninja analyzes the conversion using their fraud detection engine
Based on the analysis, Botman.ninja sends a signal back to Trackier to either Approve or Reject the conversion
This is particularly useful when you want Botman.ninja to make the final call on conversion quality rather than applying blanket blocking rules.
