Postback Setting

Postback settings help you to control which postback should be fired to the publisher and which should not.

TABLE OF CONTENTS

For Example: If you have an offer on CPT and in that you have 2 events: Install and Transaction, and payout is only on 'Transaction' and you don't want to pass Install postback to publisher. In this case, you can block Install postback on the campaign level.

How to access it?

To access Postback settings, go to particular campaign settings > Postback Setting.

How does it work?

  • By default, every publisher will get the postback for conversion and public goal, if you have added publisher postback correctly.

  • If you add any publisher in the "BLOCK PUBLISHER" column, corresponding to the goal name, then apart from that publisher, everyone will get the postback.

  • If you add any publisher in the "ALLOW PUBLISHER" column, corresponding to the goal name, then only that publisher will get postback and the others will not.

You should either use whitelist for publishers on a goal or blacklist. Don't use both, as the rule will be invalid.
