Trackier makes partner payments simple, accurate, and reliable—because paying your partners on time is what keeps them actively promoting your offers. Whether you’re working with a few partners or managing thousands of affiliates, Trackier provides a dedicated invoice management section where you can easily track the total amount paid, monitor overdue payments, and keep a clear view of what’s still pending. This ensures complete transparency and control over your financials, helping you streamline commission payouts, build stronger partner relationships, and scale your performance marketing operations with confidence.

Why Use the Invoice Dashboard?

The Invoice Dashboard is useful because it helps you:

  • Track all pending and completed payments in one place

  • Identify overdue invoices and avoid delayed payments

  • Monitor your overall payable amount to publishers

  • View your top-performing partners and their latest invoices

  • Simplify finance and reconciliation processes

Dashboard

  • Overdue: It refers to the amount that has not been paid. When the last day of payment has passed, and we still haven't paid our dues to the publisher, this would essentially be included in the "overdue."

  • Total amount to be paid: It refers to the total amount that is pending and is to be paid to the publisher, which includes the overdue amount.

  • Total amount paid: It refers to the total/cumulative amount you have already paid to the publishers.

    Top 5 Publishers / Advertisers

This section lists the top 5 publishers or advertisers who have generated the highest number of conversions or business on your panel.

Along with each partner, you can also view:

    • Their most recent invoice

    • Their contribution to your business

    • The current status of their payment

This helps you quickly identify your most important partners and manage their invoices more effectively.

Note: You can alter the invoice and dashboard details by switching from publisher to advertiser. In that case, you will see the same details as above for advertisers. You can also modify the dates to show you the results of today, tomorrow, the last 7 days, etc.
