In order to consider the click and conversion caps individually under the campaign, follow the below steps to enable the configuration:
Go to Customize and select the campaign option.
Enable the option of "Delink conversion cap from click cap."
If this setting is enabled, then conversions will not be canceled if the click cap is reached; they will be canceled only when the conversion cap is reached.
