Pending
This is because you are using a third-party anti-fraud tool, and until fraud is checked, the status of the conversion will be pending.

Check the notes section in the conversion report to understand the reason for the conversion status being pending.

Canceled
Conversion is recorded after CAP is reached.
Conversions are recorded if targeting fails.

Rejected
