Q1. The campaign is set up in INR currency but the conversion rate in the campaign report is not a real-time exchange rate.

If the conversions received from your advertiser are in some other currency, let's say in USD, then it is advised to set up your campaign in USD only, the same currency as the conversions received.

Furthermore, while accessing the campaign report, you can use the filter "Show in profile currency," and the conversion will convert to your profile currency at real-time exchange rates.
