In the Trackier platform, you can send an email notification to publishers and advertisers in rich text HTML format. This will automatically trigger an email to your affiliate. There are two notifications :


  • Automatic Email Notification for Different Actions
  • Manual Email Notification.


To access the email template, you need to first setup SMTP details on the panel, after that, you can go to Customize > Email Notification.

Automatic Email Notification For Different Actions



You can enable Email to Trigger for below actions.


  • Team Member Register This email notification will trigger when a new team member register on your panel        
  • Publisher Account Register This email notification will trigger when a new publisher register on your panel         
  • Advertiser Account Register This email notification will trigger when a new advertiser register on your panel         
  • Account Approve This email notification will trigger when a user account is approved on your panel         
  • Account Ban This email notification will trigger when a user account is banned on your panel 
  • Account Rejected This email notification will trigger when a user account is rejected on your panel         
  • Campaign Schedule Status Change This email notification will trigger one day before start date and end date automatically and will be sent to the account managers and admins.
  • Campaign Status Change This email notification will trigger when any campaign status is changed manually         
  • Campaign Status Change Publisher Email This email notification will trigger 1 hour before when any campaign status is about to change and send email to all the publishers of the campaign         
  • Change in Campaign CAP This email notification will trigger when any campaign CAP is added or deleted         
  • Change in Campaign Payout This email notification will trigger when any campaign payout is changed         
  • Assign Campaign to Publisher This email notification will trigger when any campaign access is granted to any publisher         
  • Campaign Access Granted This email notification will trigger when any campaign permission is granted to any publisher         
  • Campaign Access Rejected This email notification will trigger when any campaign request is rejected to any publisher         
  • Campaign Creatives Update This email notification will trigger when any campaign creative is added or deleted         
  • Campaign Targeting Update This email notification will trigger when any campaign targeting is updated         
  • Publisher Campaign Request This email notification will trigger when any publisher request permission for campaign access. (Note: The request email will be sent to Account Manager of the publisher only)         
  • Integration Import Campaign This email notification will trigger when any campaign import integration is completedCAP Reached Notification This email notification will trigger when any campaign CAP will be reached. It will send email to Admin and Affiliate Manager         
  • Cap Reached Notification This email notification will trigger when any campaign cap will be reached and will be sent to the Admin and Affiliate Manager.
  • Cap Reached Notification to Publishers This email notification will trigger when any campaign cap will be reached and will be sent to the publishers
  • Publisher Invoice Email This email notification will trigger to email invoices to publisher        
  • Paid Invoice Email This email notification will trigger when any publisher invoice has been paid.
  • Registration Verification Email This email notification will trigger when any publisher register
  • Publisher sub ID/ Source block Email This email notification will trigger when a Sub ID/Source will be blocked by a Publisher
  • Campaign Export An email will be sent to the publisher having campaign details.


Manual Email Notification

In your panel you will find an option for Notification. Go to Notification > Actions > Create New Notification



  • Subject: Subject of the Email.
  • Message: Email content you can add HTML code as well by clicking on </>.
  • User Selection: has three different options, based on that email will be sent to those segments.
    • Publishers
    • Advertisers
    • Tagged Publisher: You can tag publisher from the publisher edit page
  • Exclude Target: After selecting one of the above options you can add or remove the user from target or by default select All.
  • Test Email: If you want to test first enter Test email and send a test email to yourself.
  • Schedule Later: You can Schedule an Email for a particular time as well.


Editing the Email Notification

  • If one might want to edit the email notification one can do that by clicking on the "Edit" button ahead of each email notification 
  • You can change the subject of the email via the "Subject" section and put anyone in cc if you wish to
  • Incase you want to change the body of the email simply go to the " Source Code" to edit the content of the message. You will see that as and when you are editing the code the same is reflected in the preview. 





Check the box for "Send Email", so that notification trigger as an e-mail, otherwise it will be fired in web app notification, visible in Bell Icon on top of the panel.


You will be amazed to know that we are recording each and every email trigerring data and now you can also check the same through the Action button of the particular Email you want to check.
